This study was conducted to understand the relationship between health literacy and health promotion behavior of adolescents. The study collected data was conducted by surveying a 251 second grade middle school students in two middle schools. The collected data were analyzed using the SPSS 20.0 program for descriptive statistics, Pearson’s correlation coefficient.
